We petition a large number of things on Free Speech Reform, in this Petition we require the Government of the UK to treat all business deceptions whereby money is taken from a customer as theft and company directors face criminal charges for there actions in the same way as anyone else would face.

Its apparent that, businesses think you have to go through there biased complaints procedure and then onto bodies such as the Financial Ombudsman Service to get back what was rightfully yours. these companies get away with stealing your money and they should face criminal prosecution.
